Valaverse Shipping:

Valaverse wants to make your ordering process as easy and convenient as possible so you will now have the luxury of an $8 flat rate shipping charge within the contiguous United States.  This flat rate charge applies to one item or a truck load. 

Here are some examples of how the flat rate shipping will work. 

  • Order 2 SWARM troopers shipping to New Jersey – $8 shipping charge
  • Order 1 Bone Collector figure shipping to California – $8 shipping charge
  • Order 10 cases of Steel Brigade figures shipping to Texas – $8 shipping charge

Frequently Asked Questions & Additional Information

Valaverse will be using UPS for the majority of the orders but there may be an instance where a different carrier will be used.

Your order must be sent to a deliverable street address within the contiguous United States.  No PO Boxes can be used. 

Yes, every order through Valaverse will include tracking.

Not at this time.  The $8 flat rate shipping is only available to the contiguous United States.

Until further notice, all international shipping has been suspended. Please visit one of our partner vendors to order your Action Force products.

If your package is deemed lost by the carrier, a replacement will be sent out.  Valaverse will not be responsible for any packages stolen from an address after the package is deemed delivered by the carrier.  Any package that is deemed undeliverable will incur a full shipping charge to re-ship and will NOT qualify for flat rate shipping.
